Parents and legal guardians have the right to know where their children are at all times. This is completely supported by the courts and legal system. It is in fact, neglect and abuse, to NOT know where your child is at all times.
You want to know they are sleeping safely in their beds at night and that you took them to school and they are safe in classes with adult teachers and supervision, and so forth. It is your parental legal right to know where and what your child is doing.
As a parent, your priority is to provide for your children, protect them, and help them grow up into responsible adults. We subscribe to open communication, clear and understandable family rules, empowering parents and protecting children with Smart Protect.
